Is there any software or hardware that will allow Outlook to dial the cell
phone(Windows Mobile 5.0) like it dials a land line. I would like to be able
to take advantage of call logging and the journal. Voice quality and
consistency is a priority.
Skype and others like it are ok for friends but not to call clients.

WELL, Sorry for my mistake! WHICH FORUM WOULD YOU PREFER? It would have
be nice if you at least took the time and told me which forum. Will somebody
with customer service skills please tell me where I need to post, Mukesh
obviously can't do that.

OUTLOOK 97 DOES THIS GREAT, BUT YOU HAVE TO GET OFF ALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF
OUTLOOK FROM REGISTERY, ANY TRACE OF A NEWER VERISON WILL MAKE IT NOT WORK.
YOU NEED TO CHECK THE BOX IN THE TOOLS OPTIONS, JOURNAL, CALLS. (SOMEWHERE IN
THERE IS THE BOX TO CHECK CALLS) i HAVE BEEN SCREAMING FOR 10 YEARS TO BRING
BACK 97 JUST FOR THIS ISSUE. YOU CAN DIAL IN OUTLOOK AND IT AUTO DIALS ON
YOUR CELL IF USB CONNECTED, AND LOGS INTO OUTLOOK AND IT AUTO, BRINGS UP THE
INCOMING CALLS ON YOUR PC READY TO MAKE A NOTE ON THE CALL. I AM TELLING YOU
IT WAS HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude,

Even though going back to using Outlook 97 was an apparent spiritual
experience for you, please don't post with all upper case letters. It seems
like you are screaming at us.

I am glad to know that this version from heaven has been working well for you.
I would love to see something like this in a more modern release of Outlook.

BTW, this is specifically a BCM forum rather than for native Outlook. Nice
topic though.

Best regards,
