Uses for PCI slots???

My school is looking at buying alot of low end budget PCs with integrated
audio and video.

1.What kinds of things could I install in additional PCI slots? Is this
where a firewire card would be installed? what about a zip drive? a better
video card?

2. What if anything could be done if you run out of PCI slots and you need
to install additional items?

3. What about AGP slots? what are these used for?

Thanks for the reply! Just considering the firewire card for Firewire hard
drives for the students to take to school. Don't want to do external usb
drives because it will be at a school and they could disapear if you know
what i mean.

No.

And as for your previous message, why would you imagine USB hard drives
would disappear, but firewire hard drives wouldn't?
