Hello,
I could not find any documentation on this file. My suggestion would be the
following:
1. If you do not know what it is remove it, it is not a built in Windows
component and it is not working anyhow. Do users also report any other loss
of functionality?
2. Rename the usernt.exe file to usernt.txt. Open the file in notepad and
search for things like version, ver, company name, product, registered,
etc...perhaps you can figure out what it is by looking it over in this
manner. The file itself will mostly be unreadable but usually there is some
readable portions of data.
