IT SEEMS THAT I 16 DIFFERENT TYPE OF USERS AND TWO ADMINISTRATERS LISTED
ONE AS ADMINISTRATER ANOTHER AS ADMINISTRATRS IS THIS NORMAL THINGS KEEP
CHANGING ON ME

First - let me comment on the obvious and possibly the clearest part of your
post... Why are you posting in all capital letters? It is extremely hard
to read and not the normal in a print environment. Although there is no
"rule" or definitive etiquette that says you must type "normally", you are
more likely to attract better answers with easily legible questions.

Now - I am trying to decipher what you wrote.

My guess is that you have 16 users/user types you have discovered in
exploring your system. For your exploration, I commend you.

You have one USER named "Administrator" and one GROUP named
"Administrators". Yes - this is normal.
