users sharing programs and software

How can all users on one computer access Windows Office and other
applications, and have shortcuts on each of their desktops? I think I made a
mistake and moved Word and Excel to my desktop, and now the other user has to
use my login to access them.
 
Moved to desktop? you mean a shortcut on your desktop I hope.
Uninstall Ofiice, then reinstall Office for All users

Move the shortcuts:

from C:\Users\<yourusername>\Desktop
to C:\Users\Public\Desktop
