users pictures in AD

Hope I'm posting this in the correct location.

We would like to post our pictures under each user
account in AD. When you pull up AD Users and Computer,
for there to be a extra tab on a user that would hold
their picture.

We have all the pictures from our ID badges. They are
only about 6KB each in size.

Has anyone did this, or is it even possible?
