You have a couple of options. You can use the User Level Security wizard to
assign them to the group Full Data users (if they may enter, change *and*
delete data), or a combination of new data and update data users if they
can't delete. Another option would be to set up a switchboard that opens
automatically when they open the database, and set it to where normal users
cannot even see the database window, or even the full toolbar. If you do so,
a keyboard combination when opening the database will be the only way that
you or anyone can access the database window.
