Users of non-English Windows Versions--installed before Feb 22, please read

has been revised to indicate that a new download is available which should
prevent the symptoms covered by this KB article.

It suggests that if you are running a non-English version of Windows, you
may wish to uninstall the older download and install fresh from the revised
download.

I have not verified whether, in fact, this new download exists nor whether
it fixes the issues mentioned--I don't have a non-English Windows version
installed to test with.

Un-installed old version and tested new beta2 updated non english version, on
xp home french version, and it fonctioned perfectly!

Hello,

in Belgium (french) it is also ok uninstal + new version ok.
I must said that i had no problems with the first version.
