Users logs or history on win2k

Hi folks

Actually I am new on Win2k administration, Can any one help me please

Does the win2k support users history, I need information about a user, who
create it, when created , when he changed his password, and any other
actions the user did on win2k.

The users has a win2k professional, and connect to win2k server.

You will need a group policy to turn on security auditing on the domain
controllers.
