users & groups

We are running windows 2000 server. I have one computer that I cannot seem to get it connected to the folders it needs. I can see all of the folders from this computer on the server. When I try to access them it tells me access is denied. I have mapped the network drive just as all the other computers on the network. On the server it shows her as a user and part of the power users group. Her login name on her computer is the same as her user name on the server
What am I doing wrong
