Users getting removed from Global Group

Users are automatically getting removed from a group.
There is a group Data.Helpdesk that I will set to have 4
users in it. THen five minutes later it has
Domain.Admins and Itself Data.Helpdesk, and all the users
are gone. Curious why this would happen.
 
Have you configured Restricted Group in any group policy that would be
affecting this group
 
There was ONE restricted group Policy that contained that
group that someone else must have set up, I did look for
that, and did remove it, but it is still removing their
accounts from the group. Is there any type of way I can
track what and/or who makes the changes.
