Users get different times when invited to meetings.

When we send a meeting invitation some users get shifted times in their
calendar.
It appears to be a time zone thing but we can't find it... help??
 
In Outlook look under Tools || Options || Calendar Options || Time Zone,
check also in the Control panel, by how much is the time shifted - could it
be Daylight Saving
