User's form is lost mailing...

My user's form(based on mailItem) working fine on my computer. But whe
I tried to set it on computers of my users it appears:
on two computers which mail was configured to work through Exchang
Server mail was sent but received not my
form but simple mail only with "Subject" filled and "Body" empty. Afte
mailing on this
computers was reconfigured without Exchange Server using SendMail(w
use it) - result was the same.
I set my form on a computer which was configured with SendMail and m
form was working all right.
Acctually we use SendMail. But our boss said "learn Exchange Server!"
Our admins(I am not admin but a programmist)
learning Exchange Server but not very much yet. What is the matter
Exchange Server
is configured incorrectly or Outlook??? I test my form on my compute
using CMailServer. I have in CMailServer
several users and they sending messages one other successfully
Exchange Server is something very big and terrible..

Where is the form published? Is the Exchange server configured to suppress
