Hi all,

I need your help in keeping users data on a server using which method?
1- Using roaming profiles
2-Using redirect folders
3- Using map drive

Here I have about 300 users! Each user saves data on its own machine and need to make backup for important data so need your help. Which of these methods is preferred and how to do it from single point "not for each user" using policys ?
 
All the options are viable. Folder redirection is probably the easiest
assuming you can actually get the users to back up the data to a common
folder such as "My Documents." In the policy simply specify that the folder
should be redirected to \\ServerName\ShareName\%username%
