Users can't change passwords

After making the recommended changes to my W2K domain
controllers from the NSA my users can no longer change
their passwords. Instead they get a message saying they
don't have permissions to do so. I know the fix is in the
domain controllers group policy that I turned on. Anyone
have an idea?

Probably additional restrictions for anonymous connections. If you have it set
to no access without explicit anonymous permissions, this is known to cause such
problems with down clients and even XP Pro machines. The KB links below
