We are using Access 2007 with an .accdb. We've set the default workgroup and
now we want to add/update users. But the Users and Permissions menu option
is greyed out. Even logged in as Admin, same problem. Any ideas?

Thanks.

You'll have to convert the database file to an MDB file. User-Level
Security has not been implemented for the new ACCDB file format.

The new AccDB file format no longer supports User Level Security. You have
to stay with an MDB file if you want that.
