I have FP2000. Can I create a page in which the user can upload a
sound clip to embed into the page, available for the next user to
hear?

Ideally, the page would have a button allowing the user to browse to
their sound, and then embed that sound into the page, where it would
play on double-click.

Simple and easy? Or beyond the scope of a novice?

Would require custom server side coding and possibly a database
- not possible just using FP
(which can use File Upload on Windows Servers, but not link the uploaded file to a page)
