user sync problem

I have a 2-node cluster with 2000 AD installed. I have a
problem on synchronization for Users, Groups, DNS records
and NETLOGON script. When I updated all these records in
the primary server, it won't update the secondary server
immediate. what should I do to fix this problem? Thanks.

Thanks for your reply, I notice the user and group do
replication successfully now. but DNS records and
NETLOGON script are still not synchronise automatically.
Is this normal behaviour?

Are your DNS zones AD integrated ? If no, make them, so that they replicate
trough AD replication process. For logon scripts, check, that you servers
have SYSVOL folder shared and also check your EventLog for replication
problem (try running repadmin /showrepl from support tools).
