User Security in AD not inheriting

I am starting to get a large number of my user objects
that are not inheriting the delegated settings from the
OU. I even manually set the inheritance setting on a user
object this morning and now it is gone again ??

Any ideas ??

We also experience this problem, any info would be most
appreciated.

Thanks, but it's not that. It's a one time loss of inheritance attrib and I did a close set report on the accounts concerned to check for transitive membership of AdminSDholder managed groups, negative

Any ideas
