User rights

Hello,

I'm worrking on a network based on a workgroup, and i would like to create
some restrictions to the users of xp.

Well you don't give many specifics but you want to configure your users
according to the principle of least privilege so that users have only the
needed group membership, user rights [privileges], and permissions to
shares/folders/registry necessary to do the job. The links below explains
