User rights

When a domain user trying to start a game, example
CounterStrike nothing happens. When I try to start it with
domain admin account it works fine. Someone now how to fix
this?

you will need to verify that the domain user has the rights to read/write
whatever files/reg keys need to be read/written. SysInternals has regmon and
filemon which are useful to this end.

File and Regmon at SysInternals can do much of this.

Otherwise auditing.
