I get the following error when a user tries to log on:

User Environment: Windows cannot log you on because the
profile cannot be loaded. Contact your network
administrator.
DETAIL - The system cannot find the file specified.

This user gets this error if they try to log onto a thin
client and even a PC. The adding a default user in the
documents and setting is not a fix because on a thin
client I do not have that option and I can not log them on
myself using my PC. Any suggestions? Thanks

The user needs to have full control on the their profile folder. They also
need at least read on Default User and All User folders in Docs and
Settings.
