User Profiles

I have a setup a PC using windows 2000 professional and
it is connected to NT domain server. This PC is use by a
few domain user. How can i set all the users using the
same profiles as in like they going to have the same
desktop settings, applications (which is our inhouse
programe where there will be some setting on the ODBC),
printer and etc. Hope someone kind enuff to guide me,
many thanks!

Make the installation and all the settings like you want as the network
administrator (desktop, printers shortcuts etc...), logon as the LOCAL
administrator and right click on my computer (make sure you have set the
options for "show hidden files and folders" before next step), then take
properties/advanced/userprofiles - settings copy the NETWORK administrator
profile to "default user" premission to use the profile can be set to
everyone or domain users
