User Profiles Delete Button Greyed Out

I tried to delete some limited User Accounts but the delete key is greyed
out. I am the Administrator (the only one on this computer).

How can I make delete an option and then delete these accounts?

I would guess you use Home edition. Boot to safe mode (press F8 during the
'black screen, right after the BIOS screen), and log on as the default
"Administrator" account.
