User Profiles and startup

Hi
Sorry if this has already been covered but I want to have outlook 2003 start
up in my user profile but not the other two users. how do i do this?

Place the shortcut in the STARTUP folder under your user account in
C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS and remove it from the STARTUP folder under
ALL USERS.
