user profiles and corrupt file issues

Hi

Two issues that I'd really appreciate any suggestions

1) the hard drive crashed for one of my employees. I swapped the hard drive out with one from an old computer, but had a really hard time getting her Outlook to run. Apparantly, she already had a profile in Outlook from before her hard drive crashed. I finally got Outlook working for her by creating a new profile, but I'd like to delete the old profile so there's no confusion. Where is it and how do I do this

2) our backups are failing due to this same user. I keep getting an error as follows

?Top of Information Store? Sent Items? is a corrupt file

I don't know if the fact that the hard drive crashed while I was working on the computer created the problem, or maybe that the new hard drive may have info from a prior user on it is the issue. We do store everything on our server, so I didn't think swapping hard drives would be a big deal

We use Outlook 2000 and MS Small Business Server 2000. Thanks for any suggestions

1) You can manage profiles in Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles

2) This is a back-up error on the SBS server? See if exporting the messages
of that folder to a pst-file and import them back in solves your issue. If
not I suggest you try an Exchange or SBS newsgroup
