Move a shortcut to the program to the other user profile. If it works,
you're done. If it doesn't work, no harm done.
Programs that ask during install if they're being installed for you only
or everyone, may need to be reinstalled. Choose to install over the
existing installation and select "everyone" this time around. NOTE: Some
installers may require that you uninstall the program first and then
reinstall.
