Windows XP User Profile

I have several users on my computer, I just want one, but I want to keep all of the contents from the other user and put that into my main user profile, it helps me keep better track of my usage, so my question is how can I do this and not lose any of the contents even if there are some third party which are a pain to reinstall any suggestions as to how to do the easiest way possible?
