User profile not loading

WinXP Pro new user profile not loading even after using the User Hive
Cleanup. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No user profiles work?
Or just one?

If just one - consider it gone, make a new one and copy the favorites, my
documents, desktop icons, start menu and maybe even import the email.

Better than wasting your time in trying to recover it.
