Sometimes when we reboot a PC for a user her profile
seems to be deleted and it creates a new one. Any ideas
why this is happening?

when you use her profile,it means her profile is ran as a process in RAM .So it will not be saved when the process is closed incorrectly, such as reboot

As far as I am aware a reboot is the claen and normal way
to restart a machine. It works the same as logging off
the pc. It saves any changes to the local profile.
