User profile gets reset automatically

Hi,

I faced this issue a couple of days ago. When I logged
into a terminal server I found the server is rebuilding my
profile e.g. I found a fresh welcome message in my outlook
and saw the hummingbird config after i logged on.

Can anyone help me in undersatnding the reason behind this.
