I think it's in the registry under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion. The values
you're looking for are RegisteredOwner and RegisteredOrganization.
Disclaimer: modifying your registry is not supported by Microsoft. If you
don't know what you're doing, you can hose your system into a no-boot or
unstable state.
