User Name Change in AD

I have a user who has changed her name - she got married - what are the
ramifications of changing her name in AD?

This is just a friendly name. The domain really tracks
users based on their SID. The SID does not change when you
change a user's name.

There's no problem changing her name. The system uses the SID which will be
unchanged.

It won't be a problem, just make sure you let her know what her new ID is...
