User Name and Password

My windows mail has been working fine, but all of a sudden today it asks for
user name and password but doesn't accept my entry. I know that my user name
and password is 100% correct, but it wont accept it?????

Some email servers require that you enter your username with no blanks and
no CAPITAL LETTERS. Some require that you follow it with the part of
your email address starting with @, and some require that you don't. Many
require that you be careful about which letters in your password are CAPITAL
and which are lowercase letters. If there's any problem at all with your
username and/or password, many email servers give vague error messages
that don't make it clear what the problem is.
 
It means the password store for that account is corrupted, possibly by
a non-compatible antivirus. As a first step, delete that account, restart
Windows Mail, then recreate the account.

Which antivirus are you running?
