user name and password incorrect

Hello,
I just got this new computer and I'm trying to set up Outlook Express. It
keeps asking for my user name and password. I don't recall setting that up.
Anyway, I've tried resetting and canceling, etc. but still can't get my email
to work. Can anyone help me please?

You set and obtain your e-mail user name and password from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

You can't install Outlook Express on Vista.
