This message will appear unless the users password is configured to never
expire. To prevent this you can check the option for "password never
expires" on the users account options in AD Users and Computers. To do
this for local accounts see the article below.
The easy answer is to disable the requirement that users
change their passwords every x days by checking
the "Password never expires" checkbox on the user's
account in AD Users and Computers.
