User log in screen

I have recently setup my next door neighbour with an email address on
hotmail, there is currently no emails to receive but windows says there is 1
message for the account created, i have checked every email acccount
outlook,express and hotmail with no emails present. Any idea how i stop
windows from reporting this email that does not exist please.

The easiest way to remove this is by using the free MS Power Toy TweakUI:

Thank you for your reply, i went to the xpowertoys and found the item
required which sorted the problem, will set up a user b4 setting up an email
for someone else in future to avoid this problem, but tweak ui did the trick
- thank you.
