User Level Security Wizard Problems

I created a database, secured it with User Level Security
Wizard and during this process, mistakenly checked
off "make this my default workgroup". I have since
deleted and recreated the entire database and secured it
checking off "I want to create a shortcut". This works
fine, although now anytime a database is secured, it
affects all other unrelated databases as well. Each time
a database is opened (whether or not it is secured), the
user is prompted for a login name and password. This even
happens when I try to create a new database.

This problem makes it impossible to have more than one
database secured with different workgroups, since the
first database security will override any successive ones.

Any advice is very much appreciated.

Kevin,
You need to join the default system.mdw file and then use the shortcut that
the wizard created to open your secure databases.
