I am having a major issue with my computer. When my
computer starts up, a message comes up on my welcome
screen. The title says user environment. It says that my
computer is having a problem finding my local profile and
it is possibly caused by insufficient security rights or
a corrupt local profile. It then logs me in with a
temporary profile. I was wondering how I can recover my
profile so I can back up my files. Any suggestions?

When you log on to your account, you may receive the following error
message: The system has recovered from a serious error After you
receive this error message, your documents may be missing, and you may
have to re-create your settings for Microsoft...

Good luck, I hope this helps.
