user interface has encountered a problem

Have installed windows defender today and when I try to run it I get
"user interface has encountered a problem" and needs to close down, then the
program crashes and then drwatson debugger crashes, have uninstalled and
reinstalled but keeps happening,

no idea why.
 
Please make sure you send the crashes to OCA. We will be monitoring all our
buckets.

I also receive the same error message. It occurs specifically when I
mouseover the toolbar item labelled "HOME" (every time!).

It also occurs every time I click the "SCAN" toolbar item. The GUI changes
to the scan form but crashes straight away. I get to see the magnifying glass
appear and the frame around it but nothing within the frame.

The App is currently unusable.

I am running AVG and Tiny Personal Firewall + IDS. Turning them off has no
effect, and Windows Defender keeps crashing consistently.

I have been sending a pile of crashes to OCA so best of luck guys :-)

I am also using tiny professional and avg?? and get the same as you, I am
also using an ati pci express graphics card??
