I cannot even startup my XP Pro, due to a window that pops
up to say..user interface failure..logon cannot load
cswgina.dll contact system admisistrator to recieve a new
DLL or retore the original DLL. yeah, so so any ideas!!

See if this sounds familiar. (Do you have wireless?)

"When I start up my computer I get an error message about a missing
cswgina.dll, and I have to reboot, how do I fix this? "
This is a bug in the drivers and can be caused by the upgrade process. To
restore this file you must make a copy of another file called msgina.dll and
name the new copy cswgina.dll.

Start up your computer in safe mode with command prompt (hit the F8 key on
startup). Move to the c:\windows\system32 directory and type the command
copy msgina.dll cswgina.dll

Reboot the computer and the problem should be fixed. If you encounter any
difficulties or need more in depth instructions on this procedure feel free
to contact the Help Desk.
