I'm not exporting them at all. I have a command button "Close" that automatically saves the record, emails it to me, and closes the database when clicked by the user. I get a blank document emailed to me, instead of what they entered and when I go into the database their forms are not there at all any more. The only other person who I can see a form for is another user who I set up to have Admin capabilities. I created this database before but then corrupted it. Before this function worked just fine where I'd get JUST THE FORM RECORD THAT THE USER CREATED emailed to me as an excel data sheet and it would save into the database but now that's not the case and I can't figure out what I've done wrong

Sounds like your not using a save command to save the
appopriate fields to the table
As for you not seeing the forms, are you sure your
outputting them to Word or a Excel file, or some other
sort of output
