When I boot up and my name shows up to sign on, after clicking on the icon and waiting 5 minutes, I hit cntrl/alt/delete. The screen advaces to the normal open screen. Task manager show up due to what I had typed and I close that

Use msconfig to uncheck all items on the start up tab, boot and if the
boot speed is normal, enable them one or two at a time to find out the
troublesome program.
