Can you be more specific with the message.. Like actually giving it?

i am having the same problem!!!! i am trying to create a user account for my son. When you try to access the account you get a message that says this account cannot be created due to network settings and invalid user enviroment? Please can you help as i am letting him use my area of the machine!!! this scares the hell out of me
