user does not want to receive meeting requests

User does not want to receive meeting requests, is it
possible to have her account blocked from this feature, I
know we can set the free/busy to 0, but the client does
not want this, any suggestions?
 
Meeting requests can't be blocked at the account level, AFAIK. TIme for a
rule.
