User default browser

Is it possible for 2 different users to have different default browsers?

i.e. user #1 default browser IE6
user #2 default browser Opera 7

Hi Gary,

If you use the default procedure in Internet Explorer (check to see if it
the default browser), it affects all the users (Per-computer setting).
