Hi,

I got a litte password problem.

When a user logs on and gets "Your password will expire in..., would you
like to chane it now" he selects yes and are prompted to type in his new
password.

After pressing OK button the following error appers: "You do not have
permission to change your password"

Help ! This applies to all users on the system. I have checked their
rights, and it looks OK.

Any help is appreciated.

Regards

I have this problem in NT4. There is a setting which states 'User must logon
in order to change password'
You need to untick this. (Stored in Account Policy in NT4)

I'd have a look down this route!

So the account has
User may change password Yes
(or) [ ] User cannot change password
I guess. No other ideas.
