User Certificates via GPO

Is there a way to get user to request and have issued certificates via GPO?
I'd like these to be kept in the User Certificate store. So far, I've only
seen ways to do this via Computer Policy, but I need it to be done per user.
Any help would be great.

No. In Windows 2000 you can autoenroll only machine certificates. Web
Enrollment for certificates may be something to consider. --- Steve
