When providing remote support across our office LAN, I
want the remote user to see what I'm doing, on their
screen.
However when I logon as Adminr. they get logged off and
their screen is blanked.
If I try to logon with the User's ID it says 'interactive
logon not allowed'.
Can anyone tell me how to get round this? Thanks ...

Remote Desktop allows for only one login at a time - whether at the console
or remote. Perhaps remote assistance is what you want instead? Or a third
party product such as UltraVNC or DameWare or somesuch....

If you have access to a Win2K3 server or spare Windows XP Pro machine,
you can use that to "shadow" the remote desktop session... Look at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=279656 for more information.
