Hello,
I have a user that cannot connect from a windows xp pro machine in Bermuda
to a windows 2000 terminal server.
I have verified that there is enough licenses on the server and can connect
from other machines.
When reviewing the logs I get the following errors when he is trying to log
in:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: OFFICE
Description:
Windows cannot determine the user or computer name. Return value (1326).
And
Event Type: Information
Event Source: TermService
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1004
User: N/A
Computer: OFFICE
Description:
The terminal server cannot issue a client license.
Are there any articles or advice that you can give me?
Thank you,
